My childhood
Let's go to my personal world. Who am I, and what am I up to with my life? I'll sum up the things that I think others may find interesting or useful. I'll also talk about things that I don't mention on Google+. Private stuffs, and such. Here goes.
I was born on August 2, 1994. Almost 20 years ago. My birthplace is in a hospital named Mary Johnston (I don't know if I spelled it right, but who cares?!), and it is located somewhere in Manila. Manila is the capital city of the Philippines. I was just born there, but I was raised in Malolos, Bulacan when I was still a little toddler. I lived in Bulacan for about 8 years, I guess. My life there is a simple one, I go to school, go home, play with friends, do some shopping with my mom, and many more. Fun fact, I'm already a computer user even before I went to school. I remember playing Pokemon Red when I was 4, and I was using an emulator on the computer. We still don't know how to set up the save state so I was playing for four hours, I was just at the second gym when my dad told me that I should go to sleep. Can you imagine parting ways with Pikachu, because you need to sleep? That's painful!
Being able to play Pokemon on our desktop also means that I already know some simple ways around the computer; like opening it up, restarting it, shutting it down, and even clicking internet explorer! It was almost like my childhood dream to open up internet explorer, and use it. Unfortunately we don't have a connection. Although, our neighbor has one. It's funny how we can't use the internet when someone's using the phone. I wasn't that amused by the internet, because it was very slow that time. I can still remember our neighbor's computer box laying flat on the ground. It was not your regular computer box! I've attached a picture of it so you can see.
Moving on, I'm already an Anime lover back then. Our local television airs anime starting at 4. Anime like Voltes V, Ray Earth, Monster Rancher, Hell Teacher Nube, Fushigi Yugi, Yu Yu Hakusho, Sailor Moon, Shin-chan, Doraemon, Mojacko, and many more! Me and my brothers we'll wait for it, and record the opening songs on our cassette tapes so we can listen to it whenever we wanted to. It was awesome back then.
As time goes by, we moved to Manila where I grew up; and be what I am right now. What I am back in Bulacan is what I am right now. I'm still playing Pokemon Y on my 3DS, watching Anime online, and even using the internet! Although, I'm not using IE nowadays. I think that may be the only thing that changed, the browser I use.
